Shoreditch is so cool, trendy and has that artsy vibe that contrasts with the rest of central London but that’s not what we are going to talk about. This time we are here to share 5 cool places in Shoreditch – the ones we always pop-up a visit when in the area. There are plenty more but we will start with these 5!
5 Cool Places in Shoreditch
The first one is Ace Hotel – if you know us, you know we looooove coffee (we need it to survive in the mornings) so this came as no surprise. The coffee shop and hotel lobby are so pretty that we just want to stay there all day. Can be hard to find a place to seat but if you do – it’s a must try!
Do you love magazines, books and all things stationery? Do you also love pink? Then Papersmiths is a cool place to check in Shoreditch. It’s pretty small (like all shops in Box Park) with only a few products in display but since we have a thing for stationery then it will be on our list of 5 cool places in Shoreditch.
Le Labo Fragrances
Le Labo Fragrances is one stop for all things beauty! The reason that we decided to check it out (apart from the fact that one of us – Nuno – doesn’t like to buy things online) was the skincare and men’s grooming sections. We love all things related with skincare so we went in and bought one thing that we had our eyes on.. will share later our thoughts on it 🙂
Labour and Wait
At Labour and Wait one can find home and cooking related stuff so taking into consideration our love affair with food and after having checked their corner at Dover Street Market was about time to check their store in Shoreditch. We love it and they even sell pasta dentífrica Couto – wish is a staple in a Portuguese home!
Last but not least – The Ordinary. This is probably one of our favourite places in the area. Has all the skincare products that we love, at affordable prices (we will be testing them here soon!) and a clean decor. A few units before is the main store that sells all the other brands – THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY | DECIEM (we looove the name!).
We will keep exploring new places – next time Brighton or Berlin and sharing it over here!
